1 Describe what it does your role. structure maintenance is a minor part of Newcastle County Borough Council. We maintain a housing stock of contiguous 1200 properties ranging from 1 bed flats to 4 bed houses including nursing homes. construction maintenance is based in the depot where we go a central store which we use for the day to day materials indispensable for our maintenance jobs. Comprising of 1 senior supervisor, 2 area supervisors and 12 unremitting foremen these oversee various job requirements, from contracts, void properties and fatality jobs.
